VINYASA FLOW: This is a vinyasa flow practice (yoga poses are linked together); occassionally we practice mild inversions. Six weeks of prior practice are recommended.
POWER YOGA: In this practice, we build strength. The emphasis is on holding poses (asanas) longer and focusing on the breath as we hold. Six weeks of prior practice are recommended.
NATIVE YOGA: This is a vinyasa practice that incorporates a blend of Ashtanga and Bikram poses. This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners. Call Waleah at (405) 714-1454 for more information.
ASHTANGA YOGA: Introduction to the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga, with an emphasis on breath and basic postures.
