  • Your intake form will be reviewed and your objectives discussed.
  • Instructions will be provided on postures, breathing, and relaxation techniques.

How much does a private session cost?

  • One-hour sessions range from $60 (virtual) to $75 (in-person).
  • Packages are available with discounted rates.
