The Batik-Media Aromatherapy Eye Pillows are approximately 4.5 W x 9.0 L (inches) and weigh ~12 ounces (the measurements may vary a bit).

The weight of the flaxseed on closed eyes creates a gentle acupressure, which stimulates relaxation and deep rest.
